Does Mill Street Medical accept medical insurance or Medicare/Medicaid?

We are a self pay office and can give you an itemized bill if you wish to seek reimbursement from your medical provider. Please let the front desk know at the time of your appointment.

How much is the USCIS exam?

The exam fee is $175.00 and with blood tests can cost up to $500. However, we have found we get results back faster and cost less than going to an outside laboratory.

Is the doctor accepting new primary care patients?

We are not accepting new primary patients at this time. However, if you need a physical exam for general purposes we can help.
