Since 1980, the office has specialized in custom medical care. We have four main services: aviation medical exams, immigration health exams, CDL physicals, and consultative medicine.  

Previously the office of Dr. Charles Fillipini, Mill Street Medical is now owned and operated by fellow senior FAA examiner, Dr. Dianne L. Higgins. 

Our practice is centrally located near downtown Reno on the corner of Mill St. and Locust St., less than half a mile west of Renown Hospital.

Parking is available on the street in front and in the lot behind the building.
