Since 1980, the office has specialized in custom medical care. We have four main services: all classes of aviation medical exams, aviation HIMS, and immigration health exams. Previously the office of Dr. Charles Fillipini, Mill Street Medical is now owned and operated by fellow senior FAA examiner, Dr. Dianne L. Higgins. Our practice is centrally located near downtown Reno on the corner of Mill St. and Locust St., less than half a mile west of Renown Hospital.
