Immigration medical exam
- Who: For non-US citizens who need their green cards or adjustment in immigration status
- What: The exam evaluates the applicant for good mental and physical health, and ensures currency on vaccinations
- What to Expect:
- physical exam
- TB test
- STI test
- review of vaccination status
- completion of needed medical forms (e.g. I693) within two days of appointment
- What to bring:
- passport or driver's license

Required vaccines for USCIS Form I-693:
- Tdap (tetanus/tétanos, within 10 years)
- MMR (measles/sarampión, within 20 years)
- COVID-19 (two doses)
- Hepatitis-B (for 0-59 years of age)
- Current flu (only during flu season. Oct-Mar)
- Pneumococcal (age 65+ only)
- Varicella or Varicella history
- Meningococcal (age 11-18)
