Immigration medical exam

  • Who: For non-US citizens who need their green cards or adjustment in immigration status
  • What: The exam evaluates the applicant for good mental and physical health, and ensures currency on vaccinations
  • What to Expect:
    • physical exam
    • TB test
    • STI test
    • review of vaccination status
    • completion of needed medical forms (e.g. I693) within two days of appointment
  • What to bring:
    • passport or driver's license
    • vaccination record
    • vaccination record

Required vaccines for USCIS Form I-693:

  • Tdap (tetanus/tétanos, within 10 years)
  • MMR (measles/sarampión, within 20 years)
  • COVID-19 (two doses)
  • Hepatitis-B (for 0-59 years of age)
  • Current flu (only during flu season. Oct-Mar)
  • Pneumococcal (age 65+ only)
  • Varicella or Varicella history
  • Meningococcal (age 11-18)
